To view statistics associated with a single share request sent to Slack from Please Share, simply follow these steps...

Log in to the Please Share web application
From the left-hand menu, select History and then Share History
Find the specific share request in question and then select the associated green View button

Doing so will generate a popup modal where you can see the total number of shares and clicks for a specific share request.
