If you are experiencing an issue where you are unable to share an update on Twitter (directly from Slack) even though you already connected your Twitter account to Please Share, you may need to re-connect your Twitter account to Please Share.

The first step is to make sure that Please Share app has been disconnected from your Twitter account. Here's a short video on how to do this.

Once you have confirmed that Please Share has been disconnected from your Twitter account, simply follow the same steps you did when you first established a connection to Twitter. The video below provides a quick overview on how to do this.
